Simply fill out this form and in most cases you will receive an instant quote. There are some days and itineraries that may require a team member to provide the quote to you but in those cases, you will hear from someone within 24 hours.

Terms and Conditions

Group Reservations are reservations for ten (10) or more Participants traveling as a group on the same itinerary. Reservations, which are subject to cancellation and refund policies unique to Group Reservations as defined below:

Quote Validity

Price quotes are valid for 48 hours after sending to the customer. Number of requested seats is not guaranteed until the initial deposit has been received by JSX.

Deposits/Payment

60 days before departure	50%
14 days before departure	100%

If deposits are not received by this deadline, seats and travel are subject to cancellation and any funds already received will be credited toward future travel on JSX minus a $50 per person, per flight penalty.

Cancellation

Deposit becomes non refundable according to deposit schedule. Cancellation fee of $100/pax. Any residual amount after this penalty will be applied toward the remaining payment schedule. If no remaining payments are due, residual amount will be valid toward future JSX travel.

Changes

If changing > 60 days before departure, no change fee but any and all applicable difference in fare will be assessed. If lower fare (no add/collect) then credit toward future payments.

If <60 days then a $100 change fee per person, per flight segment, plus any and all applicable difference in fare will be assessed. If lower fare (no add/collect) then credit toward future payments.

Name changes

>10 days before departure: Names due 10 days before departure. Name changes for individuals in Group Reservations are free of charge

If <10 days before departure, name changes subject to $25 per person. Domestic flights changes can be made up to 48 hours before departure. International flight changes can be made up to 72 hours before departure subject to any restrictions for international travel.

Itineraries in progress or where the first leg of a trip has been flown are ineligible for name changes.

Rates typically start around $9,000/hour plus reposition costs, FBO fees and taxes. A $20,000 daily minimum (pre-tax) applies to all trips.

Quotes vary by route, date, and availability. Additional fees may apply. JSX provides charter services across the continental United States, Canada, Mexico and the western Caribbean. Private charter Terms and Conditions will also be provided at the time of booking.
