Before You Book Group Reservation Terms & Conditions
A Group Reservation is a reservation for ten (10) or more participants traveling as a group on the same itinerary. Group Reservations are subject to the cancellation and change policies below. Please review them before submitting a request.
Quote Validity
Price quotes are valid for 48 hours after they are sent. The number of requested seats is not guaranteed until JSX receives the initial deposit.
Cancellation
Deposits become non-refundable according to the deposit schedule. A cancellation fee of $100 per person applies. Any residual amount is applied toward the remaining payment schedule; if no payments remain, the residual is valid toward future JSX travel.
Changes
More than 60 days before departure: no change fee, but any applicable difference in fare is assessed. A lower fare is credited toward future payments.
Within 60 days of departure: a $100 change fee per person, per flight segment, plus any applicable difference in fare.
Name Changes
Names are due 10 days before departure. Name changes for individuals in a Group Reservation are free of charge up to that point.
Within 10 days of departure, name changes are $25 per person. Domestic changes can be made up to 48 hours before departure; international changes up to 72 hours before departure, subject to international travel restrictions. Itineraries in progress, or where the first leg has been flown, are ineligible for name changes.
Inventory & Seats
ALL IN fares are not available for Group Reservations. Seats are assigned at check-in.
